The
Essentials of Leadership, a dynamic course designed for busy professionals by Ms. Bridget DiCello, provides front-line
managers with the necessary skills to fulfill their leadership
roles effectively. Today's managers must be able
to successfully contribute to the achievement of the organization’s
financial and operational goals, and to do this, they
must be equipped with proven leadership skills and techniques
that effectively augment their knowledge of products and
services. This state-of-the-industry course is built

success depends on its front-line leaders' ability to
motivate employees to be innovative and productive.

sessions are designed for practical application, so that
